During this phase, I finalize the layout, confirm selections based on the approved concept, and complete the floor plans. In the Detailed Design Presentation, you’ll see every fabric, finish, and detail come to life, along with a finalized scope and furnishings investment estimate to ensure everything feels just right before we move forward.

If your project involves construction, I work closely with your builder and their team to ensure everything stays true to the design vision and is executed to the highest standard. Once construction is complete, I’m on-site for all installations, overseeing every detail to ensure the transformation is flawless and your dream home comes to life.

Styling and accessorizing is the cherry on top, the moment where everything comes together to truly make your space feel like home. This is when I add those carefully chosen details, from art and decor to textiles and finishing touches, that bring personality and warmth to the design.
