Excited to share a project I worked on in Warsaw, one that proves luxury isn’t about size, but about smart, high-end design that enhances everyday living.

Located just steps from the Wilanowska metro, this newly built modern residence was designed with a specific client in mind—young professionals and single business executives looking for stylish, high-standard apartments in a prime location.

The challenge was to create fully furnished, high-end residences within compact layouts of 30-50 square meters, ensuring they felt spacious, refined, and effortlessly modern.

To achieve this, I took a clean, minimalist approach that balances functionality and luxury.

• Large windows flood the space with natural light, making each apartment feel open and airy.

Every apartment was fully furnished with carefully selected pieces that feel luxurious but also practical, making it move-in ready from day one.
